All measurements are in millimetres. Please allow a tolerance of plus/minus 10mm. The delivery service offered on this product is based on a one man only delivery. Due to the nature and weight of this product, you will need to arrange additional assistance to offload the goods from the vehicle when it arrives at your premises. Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a qualified Hetas approved Solid Fuel engineer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney with this stove before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. The delivery service offered on Carron products is based on a one man, kerbside, only delivery as the couriers are not insured to carry goods in to your property. Due to the nature and weight of this product the goods will arrive palletised so you will need to arrange additional assistance to offload the goods from the vehicle/pallet when they arrive at your nominated delivery address. All Carron products are delivered on a pallet normally by a vehicle in excess of 7.5 tonnes or more so please ensure to have adequate access and to advise us in writing by email if your property has any difficulties with access as soon as you have placed your order so we can look to make alternative arrangements to avoid you incurring additional costs in the event a delivery cannot be made if the vehicle cannot deliver safely to your location. You will also need to fully unwrap and visually inspect the goods on delivery for any signs of transit damage before signing for the goods in good condition in accordance with our terms & conditions on our website.

NOTE

Carron products are delivered on a pallet by a commercial courier who have very strict rules on reporting any damage which MUST be done ON DELIVERY/AT TIME OF THE DELIVERY of you receiving the goods in order to register a valid claim as thereafter they will not accept any liability and any replacements would be chargeable to you. Their courier will wait with you for a maximum of 20 minutes whilst you open the packaging and check the goods over for any signs of visual damage before you actually sign for the goods to confirm they have been received in good condition. If any damage is found with the goods then this MUST be noted on the drivers paperwork or electronic device, whichever is applicable and the goods should be rejected, if you can, also take some digital pictures with a smartphone or tablet device and email them to us. If this is not noted on their paperwork or electronic device at the time of delivery and you accept the goods then it will be deemed that you have received the goods in good condition and once the driver leaves neither Carron, their courier or ourselves will accept any claims for damage so any replacements would only then be supplied on a chargeable basis.

In some instances additional delivery charges may apply based on your location as explained in our Terms & conditions. On receipt of your order we will advise you by email if this applies to your order/location. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can contact us prior to placing your order, by emailing our sales team who will confirm by return email whether any charges apply to your location and how to make payment. Note - All Scottish postcodes will incur additional delivery charges as standard, based on the geographical location in Scotland, additional charges will be notified to you on receipt of your order by email or prior to ordering by contacting our sales team by email for a price.

Note: This stove produces substantial heat output which may affect the interior and exterior appearance of the stove, over time through general wear and tear which is quite normal and to expected when burning Solid Fuel.
